PRICES

Our rates include breakfast and are based on room occupancy by 2 people.

You can request the rate in the currency of your choice in the booking engine, VAT is included, not local taxes. Billing is done in Moroccan dirhams.

The exchange rate applied is taken online, according to the current exchange rate on the day of your reservation.

LOCAL TAXES

Riad Marhbabikoum has the status of a guest house, it must charge 2 tourist taxes to its customers:

  • The Tourist Promotion Tax (TPT): 11 DHS per person per night
  • Municipal Tax (since January 2008): 17 DHS per person per night

These taxes are paid to the Municipality of Marrakech and the Moroccan National Tourism Office.

BOOKING CONDITIONS (EXCLUDING PRIVATIZATION OF THE RIAD)

  • Any reservation will be guaranteed and become final upon receipt of a DEPOSIT of 30% of the total nights booked.
  • The deposit can be paid either by credit card or bank transfer when making the reservation, within 8 days after the deposit request by email.
  • The payment of the remaining balance and any additional charges is made at the time of check-out at the Riad, either in cash or by credit card.
  • In the case of an online reservation, the deposit must be paid by credit card at the time of the online booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date. Beyond this period, one night will be charged. In the event of cancellation or modification up to 10 days before the arrival date, the establishment does not charge any fees. If canceled between 9 and 3 days before the arrival date, the establishment will charge for the first night. If canceled 2 days before the arrival date or in case of a no-show, the establishment will charge 100% of the total reservation amount.

FORMALITIES FOR INDIVIDUAL TRAVELERS

  • For every individual traveler, not traveling with a tour operator, a valid passport (valid for 6 months after the return date) is MANDATORY, including for children.
  • The tourist stay is limited to 3 months.
  • Some nationalities require a visa. Please inquire with the Moroccan consulate in your country of residence.
  • Moroccan law prohibits us from hosting unmarried nationals from a Muslim country.
